By accessing and using ExpertHubPro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

ExpertHubPro provides an AI-powered platform for generating HR, legal, and accounting documents, along with digital signature capabilities. The Service includes:

  • Document templates and AI-powered generation tools
  • Real-time compliance data and regulatory updates
  • Document editing, version control, and export capabilities
  • Digital signature workflow management
  • Organization branding and customization
  • Analytics and reporting features

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Organization Accounts

If you create an organization account, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing and plan details are available on our website. All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Brazilian Real (BRL) depending on your location.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@experthubpro.com to discuss refund requests.

5.4 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you create using the Service, including documents, templates, and data ("User Content").

6.2 License to ExpertHubPro

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExpertHubPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ExpertHubPro or any other person
  • To engage in any automated use of the system
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

THE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

9.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPERTHUBPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExpertHubPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, you may request a copy of your User Content within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your User Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
