How API pricing works
Metered per call
Every billable event is a line item on your invoice — no bundled mystery.
No seats, no minimums
Start on pay-as-you-go. Only pay for what your integration actually sends.
Commit and save
Prepay a monthly volume to unlock lower per-unit rates and higher rate limits.
Pay only for what you send
One request = one signer invited through one channel. Channel cost is passed through; we add a small margin for infrastructure.
A "request" in API pricing means one delivery attempt of a signature invitation to one signer through one channel (Email, WhatsApp, or SMS).

API pricing questions
What counts as a billable request?+
Only the actions listed in the table above. Read calls (GET) are free.
How is a signature request billed with multiple signers?+
One charge for the request itself, plus one charge per signer that completes. Declined or expired signers do not count.
Do failed webhooks count?+
No. Only successful 2xx deliveries are billed. Retries that ultimately fail are free.
Is there a sandbox?+
Yes, and it is free. Sandbox API keys never consume credit and deliver webhooks normally so you can build against a realistic environment.
What happens if I exceed my committed volume?+
You continue at the Starter per-unit rate for the remainder of the period. No service interruption.
Which currencies do you bill in?+
USD or BRL, matched to your organization billing country. Invoices are issued monthly.
Can I mix Platform and API usage?+
Yes. Add API to any Platform plan and we unify both into a single monthly invoice.
